1. Definitions

Dokanji is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account if you fail to protect your login information.

Dokanji allows sellers to list products on the platform. We try to ensure that product information, images, prices, descriptions, and availability are accurate.

However, product details may sometimes contain errors, be incomplete, or change without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or remove products from the platform at any time.

5. Prices and Payments

• The seller is unable to fulfill the order

You will receive order updates through the app, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels where applicable.

7. Delivery

Dokanji or its delivery partners will deliver products to the address provided by you.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, location, weather, traffic, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.

Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the location, order value, product type, or delivery method.

8. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it is shipped or prepared for delivery. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered, cancellation may not be available.

Dokanji reserves the right to cancel orders where necessary, including for stock issues, pricing errors, payment problems, or suspected misuse.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return and refund eligibility may depend on the product type, seller policy, condition of the item, and applicable laws.

Products may be eligible for return if they are:

• Incorrectly delivered

• Eligible under the seller’s return policy

Returned products must usually be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and invoices.

Some products may not be returnable, including but not limited to:

• Perishable goods
• Customized or personalized products
• Opened software or digital products
• Products marked as non-returnable
• Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on banks, payment providers, and internal review.

10. Seller Responsibility

Some products on Dokanji may be sold by third-party sellers. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product quality, warranties, stock availability, and compliance with applicable laws.

Dokanji may assist with customer service, payments, delivery, returns, and dispute handling, but the seller may remain responsible for the products they list and sell.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Dokanji may offer discounts, promo codes, coupons, campaigns, or special offers.

Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, expiry dates, product limitations, minimum order values, or usage limits. Dokanji may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

12. Reviews and User Content

Users may be allowed to submit reviews, ratings, comments, images, or other content.

You agree not to post content that is false, offensive, illegal, abusive, misleading, or violates the rights of others.

Dokanji may remove or edit user content if it violates these Terms or our platform standards.
